My research basically consists of developing a CAD tool for automatic generation of fabrication processes of thin-film devices. I have been working on it for more than a year. Since I had started working on it, my yonghood started passing without any recreation and nights without sleep. We have named it MiSTIC (Michigan Synthesis Tools for Integrated Circuits). Now, there is a homepage for it on World-Wide Web, which says all about my research in a nutshell.
